With the wines of Feudo di Santa Tresa, we find perfect harmony with nature. Every process in the vineyards and winemaking is undertaken as delicately as possible in order to preserve the natural personality of the grapes. Our philosophy at Santa Tresa is above all to conserve the generous gifts bestowed by a benign nature on a unique local environment. We constantly focus our attention on nature, in order to emphasise its qualities, rather than exploiting or modifying it, and intervening only when necessary. This is obviously a difficult task, to which we are enthusiastically dedicated, and which is giving us great results.
The estate has now started the process of becoming certified organic-a natural next step. The vineyards on the estate were in any case given so few treatments that they were virtually organic, but we have now decided to go the extra mile. To become certified organic the soil must remain untreated for a period of three years.
